Low Impact Cardio & Strength
We’re replacing water/fitness aerobics with a new class on the pool lawn to be held through the end of October (weather-permitting)! Join us for Low Impact Cardio & Strength starting Monday, September 28th! This class will incorporate stretches, low impact cardio, and strengthening exercises. Participants may bring hand held weights from home to enhance their workout.
