Our Line Cooks enjoy preparing food in a fast-paced environment. Line Cooks understand the basics of cooking, quality, and portion sizes to prepare food for our restaurant, banquets, snack bar, and beverage cart. We require either a certificate from a college, technical school, or accredited facility; OR 6-12 months of related experience and/or training; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
If you are good at fixing things and like a variety of work, this is the position for you! We are looking for Facilities Maintenance Technician who will assist in maintaining the club facility. This person will perform light electrical and plumbing repairs and replace/repair broken glass, fixtures, appliances and flooring as well as perform light carpentry work and painting. Minimum of 2 years of commercial and/or hotel maintenance and/or construction experience is required. Must have a valid driver’s license.
Restaurant & Banquet Servers
We currently seek Servers who will work in Squires Restaurant or for our Banquet Events (weddings, meetings, parties, showers, etc.). Servers attend to the food and beverage needs of members and guests in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner. Banquet Servers will also set dining tables, buffets, and other banquet service areas. Servers interact with a variety of people under a variety of circumstances and must be able to easily adapt.
Restaurant/Bar & Banquet Bartenders
We currently seek Bartenders who will work in the bar at Squires Restaurant or for our Banquet Events (weddings, meetings, parties, showers, etc.) Bartenders stock and set-up the bar, mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and assist in cost control/inventory maintenance. Bartenders interact with a variety of people under a variety of circumstances and must be able to easily adapt.
This person is a key support role in the kitchen. The Dishwasher assists in providing exceptional customer service to all members of the team by cleaning and stocking all dishware, glassware, and cookware. In addition, the Dishwasher assists in maintaining the cleanliness of the entire kitchen, including the dry storage and walk-in cooler areas.
Halfway House/Snack Bar Cook
The Halfway House/Snack Bar Cook prepares food that will be served at the Halfway House, Snack Bar, and Beverage Cart. This team member must maintain the cleanliness of the areas and equipment.
Our Housekeeper is the unsung hero who keeps the interior and exterior of the facility looking great for members and guests. The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning the offices, public spaces, restrooms, grounds, and other areas as required. This includes window washing, furniture polishing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, and floor cleaning and polishing. One to three months related experience or training is required.
Golf Course Maintenance
If you like working outside doing a variety of tasks, this position might be perfect for you! Our Golf Course Maintenance team members perform a diverse range of activities involved in golf course maintenance and semi-skilled grounds construction. Team members must be able to operate small machinery to assist with edging, trimming and mowing. In addition, our team will prepare soil beds for sod, seed and vegetative material.
